Honoring the 343: Remembering Through Every Step

This week, members of our department took to the course in full structural turnout gear to participate in a 5K memorial run, honoring the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

Running in full gear is a small physical test compared to the courage displayed that day, but it serves as a meaningful tribute to the bravery, duty, and sacrifice of our fallen brothers and sisters. We carry their memory with us on every call, and events like this ensure their legacy is never forgotten.
